Working as an extra in a film, television show or a commercial is a great way for child to break into the entertainment industry. As more productions are taking place in the Meridian district and across the state, the need for children as background actors is likely increase. Learn what it takes to help your child break into the business. Registration includes one guardian and one minor. This course will cover understanding the paperwork needed to work as a minor, creating a talent profile for your child, searching and subscribing to casting calls, scheduling auditions, knowing what you and your child can expect on a set and industry regulations as they pertain to minors. Registration includes enrollment for one parent or guardian and one minor. No film experience is needed for this course.
