Course Memo

As workplace demands keep rising, we often respond by putting in longer hours and engaging in unhealthy habits that can eventually lead to burnout.  Meanwhile, we take for granted what actually fuels our capacity at work and at home – our energy.  This session will examine four different sources of energy – the body, emotions, mind, and spirit – so you can reflect on where you need to set boundaries, unplug from unhealthy habits, and recharge so you can intentionally ease back into a life that you love.
