This interactive session, based on the book by the same name, will offer a simple framework and powerful tools to help you take on life’s blizzard of unexpected comments, annual evaluations, and unsolicited input with curiosity and grace. Facilitator Amie Haar will discuss three common triggers that hinder our acceptance of feedback and explore practical strategies you can utilize to be more receptive to feedback in the future. You will also learn how to quickly solicit feedback from others and test out their advice.
