Course Memo
This course is designed for men and women who realize violence can happen to anyone at anytime, anywhere. Participants will be introduced to areas of personal safety that are rarely discussed in a typical"self defense" class. At the end of this course participants will have improved situational awareness and be able to design their own Personal Safety Plan.
