This session will equip you with skills for communicating when the stakes are high, opinions vary, and emotions run strong. You will learn strategies to reach alignment and agreement related to decision-making, commitment to action, productivity and relationships, and you will improve your team’s culture by fostering trust and respect.
Krista Scammahorn has 20 years’ experience with Sales, Marketing, Six Sigma Quality, and Organizational Development. She cannot wait to get out of bed in the morning to provide people with tools and resources to facilitate their personal success and that of their organization.
