Course Memo
The purpose of this course is to provide the student with the knowledge and the skills to prepare them to take the International Code Council exam for Residential Building Inspector certification. It will prepare the student for a career as a state licensed building inspector in the area of residential building inspection This course will also benefit residential building professionals who want to further their knowledge of building codes.
