Course Memo

Having the ability to use creativity and critical thinking to solve complex problems can often mean the difference between success and failure – and it’s also just more fun! In this highly interactive session, you will learn through individual and group activities to identify and analyze problems under “normal” and “stress” situations, create and sustain an environment that promotes creativity and innovation, and enhance your overall decision making skills. Jill Hudson is president of Hudson & Associates Consulting, Inc., an organizational consulting firm providing HR and legal compliance support as well as organizational development, training and strategic planning to corporate and nonprofit organizations of all sizes. She has over 25 years of professional human resources experience at the manager, director and officer levels in public, private, government and professional services environments. Hudson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Secondary Education Certification from Ohio Northern University, a Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University, and has completed significant course work toward a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Georgia. She is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma and has held the Senior Professional in Human Resources designation for over 20 years.
